Sorry it's been so long, but not much new and exciting happening here. Just going to work and deciding what I'm going to sell and what I'm going to ask Theresa and Dad to take home with them. My friend Hillary had to go back to the Mainland this week and she let me borrow her car, so I have a set of wheels (for now). It's a good freedom to reclaim. I went SCUBA diving this weekend and went to the movies, you know how it goes.
For those of you wondering about Rick, his last day at Waimea is November 15 and his new (flexible) start date in Johnston is November 19. That being said, he's still unsure of when he's moving back--it depends on when the movers can get him out. If all works out as pseudo-planned, he'll be in MSP on the 20th with me and Dad. That way he can bum a ride...
It'll be crazy from here on out. My friend from O'ahu (another Iowa transplant), Sarah, will be here this weekend and Theresa comes next week. Making plans for both her visit and Dad's--I can't believe I'll be home in less than a month! It's so crazy, and I'm a little nervous. For school, to move back, to become a grown-up. I think being here has helped me to put my life on hold. No more hiding behind the aloha and mighty Pacific...

What an awesome life experience though! We're excited to have you back on the mainland :) ~Scarlett
So, I was just thinking... when you come back to Iowa, does the blog end?? I just don't know what I will do without the comfort of your blog...
