Busy busy busy!

Sorry for the long hiatus, but we've been really busy the past month!  I'm sure I won't get it all captured so I'll try and hit the highlights and pepper the post with some cute photos.
The weekend after Easter my parents came down and we went to the PBR to watch some bull riding.  We decided not to take Natalie so that everyone else could enjoy the event, but I think she probably had more fun at home with our friend Kristen.  I do remember Natalie being so happy we came home that day and getting a million hugs--almost made me want to be gone more often!
The first weekend of May I went to a good friend's baby shower which was super cute and Theresa was super pregnant.  She has since had her little girl and it was nice to see her and the other ladies at the shower.  That weekend I also pinched a nerve in my shoulder leaving my right arm pretty useless for almost a week.  The funny thing was that I pinched the nerve taking a leaf out of our kitchen table--not even anything strenuous.  Getting old is tough.
Mother's day weekend my sister and niece came to visit.  The girls loved playing together and the mommies had fun too.  We went to a few garage sales and played outside most of the day.  Natalie loves her cousin and Kendall thinks Natalie is ok too.  These girls have so much energy and are so much fun!
The weekend after that my cousin's daughter graduated from high school (congratulations, Katelyn!) so we went home to help celebrate.  Most of the weekend was spent at Grandma and Grandpa's and Kendall came over to play again.  More toddler energy madness!  We also got to see my cousin in from New York and Natalie loved the graduation party.  All those people, all that yummy food!
Last weekend Rick's dad came to visit.  We went to the zoo, shopping, out to eat, and played at home.  We had a few people over for a cookout on Memorial Day which was very nice.  Natalie loved playing with the other kids and cried when they left.  Papaw left the following day and Natalie asks about him periodically.  Such an inquisitive little girl.

And this weekend is the first in a long time where it's just us relaxing and catching up on rest from the week.  A bit of a breather before the summer.
