Getting ready......

For my sister's wedding!!!!! There's only 4 days left before the big day! I've been trying to help out as much as possible in the preparations and will head home on Thursday for decorating and preparations....I can't wait! Should be a great day!

Aside from fulfilling my pre-wedding sisterly maid of honor duties, things have been pretty quiet around here. Rick was gone most of last week and because I ride my bike or take the bus to work every day, the new car sat in the garage. Friday I headed to Clive After 5 to see SNAFU, a friend's band play and headed over to Grandma's for some games.

And twice since I last posted we headed down to help our friends with the new baby--not necessarily with the baby but with cleaning, laundry, cooking, whatever they needed. It was fun for us to be helpful and I think they really appreciated the help. Rick got a chance to hold Caelyn as well...

Anyway, that's all that's new with me, and I'm sure you won't hear from me until after the wedding. Be prepared for the stories that are sure to unfold and lots of pictures! I can't wait--it will undoubtedly be one of the best days of my family's life!! Can't wait!
