New car, new baby!

Monday night we picked up my new car! And now, for the first time in my life (thanks Mom and Dad!), I'm in debt. Oh joy. But I'm loving my new car so far, even though it came with 178 miles on it--I thought I was getting a new one, shouldn't it say 0? She still needs a name though. Earlier this week I was itching to drive it (I ride my bike or the bus to work), but I got the opportunity later in the week...Thursday I babysat my friends' 2 and a half year old and we had fun. Wednesday my friend Kim (you know, the one you've been seeing belly shots of) went in to have her baby and yesterday Rick and I went to meet baby Caelyn Marie. She is so beautiful!

And so is Kim! I can't wait to see these guys again--Congratulations, Braden and Kim! She's beautiful!

And today, for the first weekend in a long time, Rick and I have no plans. Watched my college friend Connell play some tennis today in the Iowa Games earlier today and now watching Rick grill. I love lazy weekends.
