Connell, Braden, and KimRick and I left the reception early to go to Allyson's 21st birthday party in Ames--we took a party bus to Miss Kitty's, Drink, and Crush. It was a good time--I switched over to supervisor later in the night to make sure no one was left or puked on the bus. Allyson had a great time and that's what was important.
Sunday we headed back to Northwood and spent the day with my family. The Julseths came over and everyone had a good time. Rick fit in well and it was great to be surrounded by people that love me. Monday morning we were back in the car, headed to Ames for the day. I also got to ride Maggie and Monday evening we went over to Mike and Jess's for supper and saw Taylor--he's getting so big!
Tuesday we left out of Des Moines and were back to Kauai and everyday life. Funny that vacation and home have reversed roles.
