I have come across some videos lately, and I thought I would share (and also see if I could figure out how to put video on my blog instead of linking everything). This one is called Education and the Future of Technology and the came from the future in-laws--really interesting and eye opening.

I bummed around YouTube some more and there's apparently a LysoKid with all of these videos about Lysosomal Diseases (broader group of diseases our research falls in)--I liked this one.

If you want to see some of the kids, there are a lot of videos of them too. Just search "lysosomal disease" or "mucopolysaccharidosis." A boy from eastern Iowa, Lucas has a video of his first day of school on YouTube as well. He has MPS IIIB and came to our run last fall--he and his amazing family have raised a lot of awareness and funding for MPS research. Visit his Caringbridge site to learn more about his story.
