Exciting and new

A few observations on the day showed new life in the garden (the perennials are coming back!) and I am so excited.  Thought I would share--the plants think it's spring so I'll agree.  The weather has been so wonderful!

 Equally exciting, the guys in the basement finished studding today.  Yesterday they studded the frames around the perimeter of the basement, and today there are rooms and I can visualize the final product!  Not sure what the next step is, but so glad they got the frames done today!
