I've done everything they told me to, but I got home today and was in pain. I chalked it up to eating solid food for the first time last night and using teeth I hadn't used in a while since my wisdom teeth were so far in I was using them for chewing. I figured it couldn't be a big deal since the pain feels like it's in a tooth that's still there (not one I had removed), but since it hurt so bad Rick made me call the oral surgeon and they think I may have a dry socket. Super. Luckily for me I had a few Vicodin left (the ibuprofen wasn't helping at all) and I go in first thing in the morning.
And I just keep thinking, my wisdom teeth never bothered me in the first place. Now look at what I've gotten myself into.
