Visitors from the past

Friday afternoon I picked up childhood friend Calsee and her boyfriend Mark at the airport and headed out on a whirlwind tour of the Island. Friday was a tour of the North Shore including the lighthouse, the caves, and the hike to the vista on Kalalau Trail.
Saturday was a whirlwind as well--took them to Spouting Horn and Mahaleupu Beach, and the afternoon was taken up with a cruise of NaPali.

Saturday night we headed to the Fair to see the plants and fruits (Mark loved the fruit and Calsee loved the flowers) and we used the bumper cars before we headed home.

Sunday was the Canyon and a stop at the Brew Pub. By the afternoon I was bushed, so I gave them the keys and they explored the area. And they brought me pizza at the end of the day. Mmm...

Monday I had to go to work and they headed off island, but we had a great time together.
