Osaka

After 8 or so hours on a plane, we finally landed in Osaka. A quick run through customs and we were united with Jane. I haven't seen her in nearly two years, so I was really excited. We also noted later that this is the most time we have ever spent together. Funny how that works.

We headed to our hotel to check in for the night--not quite the same as the night before. The room was very quaint and the toilet had a bade!

We then hit the town riding the trains like it was our job, taking in the city. Japan seemed so busy to me. And I had my first experience with the squatty potty.

First up was Osaka-jo (Osaka Castle), but too many photos for one blog entry. More on the castle later!
